Contact Us
If you are in crisis or in need of urgent help, we recommend you contact the appropriate service to ensure you are supported. We do not recommend that you call Caerphilly Borough Mind for this type of support as we do not have a crisis service. Please contact the following services:
- If you feel like your life is at risk, or if you have seriously harmed yourself, please call 999 immediately as this is an emergency.
- You can call NHS 111 (dial '111' on your phone) and select Option 2 if you or someone you know needs urgent mental health care, but it's not life threatening. Mental Health 111 (Option 2) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is free to call from a mobile (even when the caller has no credit left) or from a landline.
